ThornCreek offers 4 different types of groups. Take a look at what each group does.
Pick a group for you and grow with in community.
Study Groups are focused on reading a book of the Bible, reading a Christian book on Discipleship, or going through a study that is based on the weekend message. If you are interested in joining a group that is centered on discussion and prayer, then Study Groups are for you.
Freestyle Groups are built based on a common interest in the group. These groups are purely focused on community building. They may or may not go through a study together. It is very common that our freestyle groups simply get together to do an activity. If you are looking to meet people who share your interests and build community, then join a Freestyle Group today!
Our Mission Groups have 2 primary goals, serving and discipleship. Mission Groups meet weekly and each week is different. Mission Groups alternate serving one week and discussion the next week. Each Mission Group will partner with a local missions organization and serve with them twice a month. If you are interested in serving in your community, and growing in discipleship, sign up for a Mission Group!
Support Groups are for people who share common hurts, addictions and are looking for support from others who have similar experiences. These groups can be anything from battling an alcohol addiction to going through a divorce. We all need each other, and support groups make it possible for us to walk through life's challenges together. If you need support, this is the group for you.
